The history of Pourvoirie St-Zénon is rooted in an outdoor and vacation tradition dating back over fifty years. Located in the Lanaudière region, about an hour and a half north of Montreal along Route 131, the territory has welcomed visitors for decades to enjoy hunting and fishing. In 2019, the estate reached a major milestone with its acquisition by Sylvia Masson and Magalie Dionne. Former civil servants previously residing in Saint-Jérôme, the two owners made a major life change by moving to the site with their daughter Kymilie, driven by the desire to offer a better family quality of life
in the heart of nature. The business continues to evolve thanks to the commitment of its staff. In 2024, Marc-Antoine, nicknamed Marcan, joined the team before being appointed manager to oversee territory operations and guest services. A member of the Fédération des pourvoiries du Québec and the Association touristique régionale de Lanaudière, the establishment continues to maintain its facilities, cabins, and infrastructure throughout the seasons.

Pourvoirie Saint-Zénon is located in the Lanaudière region, within a forested and mountainous territory surrounding the village of Saint-Zénon. The aquatic ecosystem includes several main bodies of water and private lakes, including Lac Bois Franc (measuring 1.5 km long by 0.5 km wide), Lac Noir, Lac Paul, and Lac Latour. The ZenNature experience allows for hiking and camping on the St-Zénon observatory mountain, a high-altitude location ideal for stargazing and viewing the Perseids.
