Domaine du Lac Parent is a family-run chalet-and-camping outfitter set on the shore of Lac Parent in Senneterre, in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region. Known as an excellent fishing spot, the lake also has several swimming beaches, one of them less than five minutes from the site. There are eleven rustic chalets for rent (sleeping 4 to 8) with fully equipped kitchens, full bathrooms and an outdoor fire pit; some chalets are open year-round. The campground welcomes tents, tent-trailers and RVs on sites with electricity (non-potable water). In summer you can rent boats and a pontoon to explore the lake; in winter,
heated ice-fishing huts make for great hard-water fishing, with minnow bait sold on site. Every spring the Domaine hosts the Festival du pêcheur, a fishing tournament with a méchoui feast and pro and amateur categories. A 9-hole golf course is 8 km away, and the town of Senneterre offers bars and restaurants nearby.

Propriétaires super accueillants et un emplacement de rêve en bordure du lac Parent. Il y a eu une tempête et un peu de gel au moment où nous y sommes allés vers le 15 mai 2025 mais cela n'a pas entravé notre expérience. Nous avons loué un bateau chez eux et ça s'est également super bien passé !

Superbe endroit, nous y retournerons l'an prochain. Belle découverte. Tranquille, chalet confortable, chaloupe bien Équipée et équipements bien entretenu. Le doré est facile a pêcher. Service hors pair, on est reçu comme si on était de la famille. Geneviève nous a même fait un feu le soir devant l'accueil, très belle attention. Un beau grand gazebo fermé super confortable où on peut se retrouver. Les travailleurs ukrainiens qui y logent souvent sont super sympathiques. Merci beaucoup pour tout ( les trucs,les spots de pêches, le cour 101 comment monter le moteur 🤣🤣 la carte, le feu et tout tout tout )

Possibilité de louer un ponton pour la journée à partir du Domaine du Lac Parent. Je vais revive cette expérience l’an prochain en me louant un chalet (ils l’ont l’électricité, Frigo et congélateur, toilette, bain & douche, chambre, dans la salle à manger = une table, dans la cuisine = grand comptoir et armoire de rangement et autres commodités) La propriétaire est super 👍 Je vous conseil cet endroit pour des vacances que se soit pour la pêche ou autres raisons. Bonne vacance ☀️
