The domain has more than 30 lakes and a winding ten-kilometre river teeming with native brook trout (speckled trout), the territory's only species, with real chances at trophy fish of 2 to 4 pounds. Moose hunting takes place across 5 exclusive zones outfitted with
enclosed blinds and salt licks; small game is also present (spruce grouse, ruffed grouse, hare). In winter, the territory becomes accessible only by snowmobile. Lodging is in 6 4-star chalets (built between 1999 and 2002), set far apart from one another, with a capacity of 2 to 15 people, featuring a full kitchen, private bathroom (running hot water), wood heating and a terrace with BBQ. Nous étions 8 et avons passer 4 nuits au Grand Chalet. Beau grand chalet pour un maximum de 15-16 personnes donc à 8 on était très à l'aise. 2 salles de bain, 3 frigidaires. Le chalet est bien équipé incluant même des prises de recharge pour cellulaire. Salle d'éviscération très propres (plusieurs couteaux sont à notre disposition). On a fait une très bonne pêche. Sylvain, le gestionnaire, est très sympathique et efficace. Il a répondu à nos diverses demandes. Habituellement, on change de pourvoirie d'une année à l'autre pour en découvrir de nouvelle. Mais nous y reviendrons certainement car on a bien aimé notre séjour.

Nous revenons de passer 8 jours a la Seigneurie Olaf. Un groupe de 7( 4 adultes et 3 ados ) du 26 juillet au 2 août 2020. Nous étions au chalet Le Grand. Les hôtes, Jessica et Martial sont superbes. Martial connaît bien les lacs et ils sont toujours prêt à rendre service ou aider. La qualité de pêche était très bonne et mon fils a même sortie une 2lbs au lancer léger( je vous rappel, dernière semaine de Juillet). Sa plus grosse a vie. Il va sans dire qu’il était très fière. Plus de 100 truites avec une moyenne de 1/2 livres, je peux vous dire que l’on a mangé de la truite cette semaine. Sans hésiter, je suggère a tous qui veut vivre dans le bois et pas entendre rien d’autre que la nature et en profiter, La Seigneurie Olaf est la place.
