Road access only, via a forest road north of Saint-Fulgence, in the Monts-Valin. From Chicoutimi, follow Route 175 to the McDonald's, turn left onto boulevard de l'Université (still Route 175, 2.2 km), then right onto boulevard St-Paul to cross the Dubuc bridge toward Tadoussac (1.6 km); at the end of the bridge, take boulevard Tadoussac, which becomes Route 172 East toward Saint-Fulgence. Continue on Route 172 to kilometre 90, then turn left onto forest road L-200. Stay on this road to kilometre 83, bear right at the fork, continue to kilometre 96, then turn at the outfitter's entrance (13 more km) toward reception.

The domain features a network of nine pristine natural lakes, including Lac Brazza, Lac Itouk, Lac En boucle, Lac Banane, Lac Creux, Lac Claude, Lac de l'Abondance, Lac Martin, and Lac Canot. The aquatic ecosystem is characterized by a complete absence of stocking, guaranteeing a population of strictly native brook trout across all bodies of water. On land, the vast forested area
provides a prime habitat for diverse wildlife sought after by big game enthusiasts. There is a healthy density of moose as well as black bears. The land management prioritizes environmental preservation, notably through the operation of all facilities via solar energy, ensuring optimal tranquility without the noise nuisance of generators.
Pourvoirie Itouk offers a full range of outdoor, hunting, and fishing activities throughout the seasons. From May to September, native brook trout fishing is the main attraction across the territory's nine lakes. Boats equipped with four-stroke gasoline engines are provided on the main lakes, while electric motors are installed on the smaller bodies of water. Anglers benefit from a fish cleaning station equipped with all necessary tools for gutting fish, as well as freezers for storage. A small shop on-site sells fishing gear (rods, lures, hooks, reels) and rents out personal flotation devices. From late September to mid-October, the outfitter
opens its entire 70.3 km² territory for moose and black bear hunting, available on European or American plans. Firearms hunters benefit from salt licks, blinds, and assistance services for game recovery and field dressing. An exclusive package for solo hunters guided by two experts offers a stay in a tipi, forest camp, or wall tent, immortalized on video. From January to March, the winter season is dedicated to snowmobiling, both on forest roads and for off-trail powder riding. A guide can accompany groups to explore different sectors of the territory. Finally, the Moonshine Lodge pavilion offers a community hall accommodating up to 40 people, as well as a lounge with television and Wi-Fi access.
