The territory spans hundreds of square kilometers of wild boreal forest, characterized by mountain landscapes, wide-open spaces, and numerous isolated bodies of water. The site includes Husky Lake, an 8-kilometer-long headwater lake that feeds the Mistassibi River, as well as a multitude of surrounding lakes and islands. This aquatic ecosystem serves as the primary habitat for brook trout. Regarding land wildlife, the area is home to moose, which thrive in the wild forest for both hunting and wildlife viewing.

Pourvoirie du lac Husky offers an array of boreal activities adapted to the summer and winter seasons, available through packages or personalized stays.
